Neulive will soon begin on-site at their new development, Badgers Wood in Witley, Surrey.  Detailed planning consent has been granted for 17 dwellings comprising 6 two-bedroom, 4 three-bedroom and 2 four-bedroom houses.   There is affordable housing consisting of 1 one-bedroom apartment, 1 two-bedroom apartment and 1 two-bedroom house, with 2 one-bedroom apartments allocated to First Homes.

Witley is a small village situated in the Borough of Waverley in Surrey, 2.6 miles southwest of Godalming and 6.6 miles southwest of Guildford.  The village lies just east of the A3 from London to Portsmouth between Guildford and Petersfield, with access to London, South Coast and Gatwick and Heathrow Airports.

The village is surrounded by countryside, such as Witley Common (National Trust) and the Witley Stream, Enton lakes and ponds.  There is quick access to Wormley (Witley) or Milford train stations, providing trains to London Waterloo in under an hour.  Witley village has a food store and an annual summer fete whilst nearby Milford provides more amenities with two supermarkets and a selection of other shops. There are also several pubs in the locality. Education is well catered for with Witley Infants School, Chandler C of E Junior School, King Edwards School, an independent secondary school for boys and girls, and Rodborough Academy for 11 to 16 years all located in the village.
